This month the country dresses in red and white. Well, not literally, but everywhere flags are already starting to go up, as July 28th is Independence Day, and by custom -and, it used to be by law but I don't know if it still is- every building must bear a flag or other decoration. By mid-month the skyline will be filled with waving red and white banners.
